<p>A report published by Lender Processing Services (LPS) analyzing homeowner&#8217;s performance on their mortgages as of June 2010 shows some encouraging news; there are signs that the foreclosure and mortgage delinquency rates are stabilizing, albeit at very elevated levels.</p>
