Most agents and brokers today are probably familiar with one or more of these logos from social-networking sites. In addition, many are probably using one or more of these sites, in addtion to personal websites, blocks and other sites, to market themselves, their businesses as well as reach out to the consumer and their community.
Many agents are still in the dark though when it comes to some of this. I just ran across a quiz done by the National Association of REALTORS(R) that I thought would be a good starting point for many of us to test ourselves on our knowledge of, and use of, social networking and to help educate us in those areas where we are lacking. I took the test the first time doing my best to answer everything correctly and missed 2. I then took the test again purposely missing 100% of the questions so I could see the responses and found them to be very informative and helpful. To take the quiz click here.
