Recently I discovered the National Fix and Flip Network. After checking out their website and spending an hour on the phone with Eric Dale, the founder, I did an E-View TM with Eric which was posted as a three-part series on Real Estate Investors Daily.

During my interview with Eric I realized that the National Fix & Flip Network could be a very good resource for agents and brokers that work with REO’s, investors and the like and therefore decided to share some of my E-View TM with him here:
Dennis-Eric, what is the history of the National Fix & Flip Network?
Eric-The company has been in existence for just over a year and a half and the beginning stages were used to work on establishing the network, obtaining members and gathering resources. The web site was up and running from the beginning but was finalized with our 3.0 version in March of this year.
Dennis-Eric, you have touched on some of the resources your network provides for investors. Can you please give me more information as to all the benefits an investor will receive from your network and also whether there is a cost to be a part of this network?
Eric-Our web site is completely free to join and it provides a plethora of useful information. We provide education through our articles and videos. We display important daily real estate news covering the topics of real estate changes/information, lending and government policies regarding real estate.
In addition, we provide access to thousands of property listings including foreclosures. We provide access to thousand of real estate agents, contractors, appraisers, lenders, etc, nationwide. We also allow members to post/advertise their information on our web site to get in front of our extensive membership.
The web site is geo-targeted so you can pinpoint any area in the United States and find all the resources you need in that particular area. We are targeting any real estate investor or consumer who is interesting in becoming an educated investor or homeowner looking to improve their overall home-ownership/property experience and save time and money in the process. We are also targeting real estate agents, lenders, contractors, appraisers, home inspectors, etc that would like to promote their services on our site.
Dennis-You mentioned that your site provides access to, among other professionals, real estate agents. How does an agent go about signing up to be on your site and what is the cost?
Eric-We would like to have REALTORS(R) sign up. There is a section in red below our “find contractors, properties, etc” section on our site that says “click here to list your services on our site”. For a very low cost of $199 a year, a REALTOR(R) can list their services in our directory which includes a link to their website, a photo or logo, name, address and phone number. Our members search these directories when looking to find an agent in areas that they are purchasing and selling property in. It is a great lead network and can get agents some very good repeat business at a low cost.
I might add, this is not a paid endorsement, I just think the National Fix and Flip Network is addressing a void that is out there for investors by providing them the resources they need. Additionally, as it gains in popularity with investors it could become a good resource for agents looking to hook up with investor clients as well.
